Best bold roast coffee
This is the first coffee I tried from monastery coffees many years ago and is one of the best and smoothest bold roasted coffees I have ever tried. They also have one of the fastest shipping I have ever seen. Will be purchasing again soon.

Abbot’s Choice, happily delighted
Matuska and I were happily surprised at the delightful aroma and full flavor of the coffee. One of the best, if not the very best, of the other coffees we have tried from various companies over the years.

Abbot’s Choice dark French roast
I could taste the quality of Monastery Blend Coffee at first sip. I prefer a lighter roast, so I wasn’t the biggest fan of drinking this coffee black; a little too strong for my liking. However, it made a wonderful espresso for my homemade almond milk latte :)

Amazing Coffee
Abbot's Choice is just amazing. They claim low acid and it is definitely as described. Smooth. Bold. Coffee. This is hands-down one of the very best dark roasts I have ever had. The beans are beautiful to look at, smell and grind for brewing. While it steeps in the French Press, it smells absolutely wonderful. I will be coming back for more but also will continue to wonder why I can't buy it locally. On that note, however, shipping was fast. Thank you for such a great tasting coffee. Oh, and the Promised Blend is a great and lighter alternative for those who enjoy less bold coffees.
