This is by far the best decaf coffee I've tried! I prefer a dark roast taste and have found most other decafs too light for me, so I was happy to find Deacon's Decaf!

The aroma upon opening the bag was wonderful, and for decaf, it has a hearty flavor. I understand water process means it's free of chemicals. I'm enjoying my coffee!

Tried a bag of this a month ago. That led to a reorder, and I'm sure I'll continue to reorder. It's wonderful, very dark roast coffee. Yum! My only criticism is that the monks do not include information about the beans used for their coffees. Is this a Columbian bean? Is it a blend? I know as a monk you keep our secrets, but how 'bout spillin' the beans on your beans?
